Rebecca Knight is a lawyer, a mediator, and a retired judge now offering arbitration and mediation services to private citizens, governmental entities, litigants, and lawyers throughout Western North Carolina. During her 22 years on the bench, including six in Unified Family Court, she had many accomplishments and was a catalyst for legal and judicial evolution in Buncombe County District Court. Her judicial experience is a tremendous asset to lawyers negotiating settlements for their clients. She is a Certified Family Financial Mediator and a Certified Superior Court Mediator.
